1. Can an officer who is not under the Federal Training Fund (Hadiah Latihan Persekutuan) apply for Quantitative Analysis (QA) course?

No.  The Quantitative Analysis (QA) Course is only for the recipients of the Federal Training Fund.

2. What is Postgraduate Diploma in Public Management Programme (DPA)?

INTAN’s Postgraduate Diploma in Public Management Programme (DPA) is a 10-months course which has been designed comprehensively as a pre-requisite for the appointment into the Administrative and Diplomatic Services Scheme. The DPA Programme has been granted full accreditation by the Malaysian Qualification Agency (MQA) effective 30 December 2015.

3. What is the Advanced Leadership and Management Programme (ALMP)?

Advanced Leadership and Management Programme (ALMP) is a mandatory course for Jawatan Utama Sektor Awam (JUSA) officials in the Administrative and Diplomatic Service and other officials from various schemes of services.  It is conducted by the Centre for Leadership Excellence, INTAN Main Campus Bukit Kiara. 4. What is EPSA?

EPSA (Public Sector E-Learning) is an on-line training programme for civil servants that encourage training anytime and anywhere. 5. What is ISAC assessment?

ICT Skills Assessment and Certification (ISAC)  is conducted to evaluate the level of understanding and skills in information and communication technology (ICT) among public sector personnel.

6. Who sits for ISAC assessment?

i- Individual
Consists of Assistant Secretary Grade N17, Secretary Grade N27 and Customer Service Officer Grade N17 in which ISAC is a prerequisites for confirmation of their service.

ii- Groups
Consists of groups selected by the respective  Ministry/Department/Agency by request.
