3. What is the payment method?

Payment can be made through the following methods:
  1. Cash (payment made at the course registration); and
  2. Local Order (LO)

4. Is accommodation provided for all participants?

Accommodation is only provided to participants with their office address outside of the Klang Valley/Putrajaya/Cyberjaya and Kuala Lumpur.
 

5. What is the procedure to check-in at the INTAN’s hostel?

Participants can check-in one (1) day before the courses begin from 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm.  For late check-in, the participant must inform the course secretariat in advanced.  Participants must provide the offer letter from INTAN as proof upon checking at the hostel.

6. Does INTAN provide facilities for the disabled community?

INTAN provides facilities for the disabled community such as parking space, wheel chair ramp and braille touched button elevator.  However, participants are advised to inform the course secretariat in advanced so that arrangements can be made for the comfort of the participants during their study at INTAN.

7. Are the facilities in INTAN open to the public?

No. Facilities at INTAN are for the use of the courses’ participants and civil servants only.

8. Does INTAN offers rental of its facilities?

Yes, however rental is only limited to Ministries/Departments, government agencies and Statutory Bodies only.
 

9. Is INTAN Library open to the public?

No, INTAN Library is open to courses’ participants and civil servants only.

10. Who is eligible to become members of the INTAN Library?

Membership of the INTAN Library is limited to Public Service Department and INTAN staff only.  However, civil servants are allowed to use the INTAN Library for material references.

11. Can I borrow books from the INTAN Library if I am not a member?

If you are not a member of the INTAN Library, you may borrow books via the Library Loan Scheme if your Ministry/Department are registered to the scheme.  If your agency is not registered with the Library Loan Scheme, you may write in a request for our consideration.
