An invitation to contribute manuscript to the Public Sector ICT Management Review Vol. 4 No. 1

The Public Sector ICT Management Review (PSIMR) acts as a conduit for officers in the public and private sectors to share experiences, perspectives and best practices in the planning, implementation and monitoring of ICT projects. It also aims to provide an effective and innovative forum for the generation, dissemination, and sharing of research, technology, and business information among the communities in the ICT domain.

We are inviting people from the government, industry and academia to submit articles relevant but not limited to the following categories:

Assessment and Evaluation articles: These articles should tap into the experiences, lessons learned, successes and challenges of government’s ICT projects in improving its internal operations and service delivery to the Malaysian public.

Vision articles: These articles should outline long term visions of the role of ICT in the society. A particular focus is placed on the leveraging of technologies towards the implementation of a connected government.

ICT research articles: These articles should present original research in specific ICT areas of current interest.

Inter-disciplinary research articles: These articles should cover interdisciplinary research, in which ICT is a significant component.

Industrial research and technology transfer articles: These articles should cover new technologies or projects developed in the industry.

The Public Sector ICT Management Review features high-quality, original research papers in all theoretical and technological areas that make up the field of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). Certain issues will have contemporary themes.

The proceedings of Public Sector ICT Management Review will be widely circulated to various government agencies. Therefore, it is important that the publication is of the highest possible quality. The quality and overall appearance of all submissions contribute to the general quality of the Public Sector ICT Management Review, and readers’ perceptions of it.
