Congratulations to INTAN for embarking on the initiative of publishing the Public Sector ICT Management Review. This publication is yet another testimony to INTAN's role as a key player in enhancing the efficiency and competency of all public sector officers, especially those involved in the ICT sector. In this context, the Public Sector ICT Management Review would be a conduit for officers in the public sector ICT domain to share experiences, perspectives, and best practices in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of ICT projects.

The Public Sector ICT Management Review would also avail itself as a potential source to all interested parties and researchers. It is also a valuable publication for reference by the international community, particularly those who have a close working relationship with Malaysia . I am confident that this attempt to document and publish the Malaysian public sector ICT management experience will favour the ICT and non-ICT circles.

It is my hope that overtime, the Public Sector ICT Management Review will become the signature journal of the Malaysian government Electronic Government (EG) initiative.
