INTAN’s Postgraduate Diploma in Public Management Programme (DPA) is a 10-months course which has been designed comprehensively as a pre-requisite for the appointment into the Administrative and Diplomatic Services Scheme. In line with the national public service transformation initiatives which is to develop a competent, dynamic and progressive talent, as well as to ensure continuous quality monitoring, INTAN had managed to obtain full accreditation by the Malaysian Qualification Agency (MQA) effective 30 December 2015.
The Programme emphasise on professional development and character building. It focuses on five key elements namely Attitude, Skills, Knowledge, Adaptability and Resilience, in short, ASKAR.
