INTAN’s Postgraduate Diploma in Public Management Programme (DPA) is a 10-month, pre-requisite course comprehensively designed for the appointment into the Administrative and Diplomatic Services (PTD) scheme. It is fully accredited by the Malaysian Qualification Agency (MQA) effective from 30 December 2015.

The Programme emphasises on professional development and character building. It focuses on six key elements: Attitude, Knowledge, Skills, Adaptability, Resilience and Agility, or in short, AKSARA.

It is divided into two main parts:
Part 1: Academic Component
Part 2: Personality Development Component
