Centre For Trainer Development and Advanced Learning was rebranded in 2022 in line with INTAN's structuring. The centre is responsible in planning and providing capacity development and training management for INTAN trainers to ensure quality and high impact learning programs. The Centre coordinates Preparatory Courses for civil servants awarded with the Federal Training Prize (HLP) as well as training cadets of Post Graduate Diploma in Public Management (DPA) in the field of International Relations and Security (IRS).

The Centre also conducts Introductions to Research for Public Officials Course to improve the understanding of civil servants in conducting studies and research.

In addition, the Centre was appointed as the Centre of Excellence for Coaching in the Public Service in 2021 to cultivate coaching culture among civil servants.

The Centre consists of two (2) sub-centres which are Trainer Development and Advanced Learning as well as an Administration Unit.
