The roles of this program are planning, managing, coordinating, monitoring, implementing and provide consulting services for the Leadership Assessment Programme for the public sector as well as other ILAs required.

Besides that, this program also provide training to the Public Training Institute (ILA) that has been identified to implement the Leadership Assessment programme.

This programme also provide training to the panel of assessors who have been identified to carry out the assessment and manage the appointment of the panel of assessors who have been trained to carry out the Leadership Assessment Program.
