The Mindset Transformation Programme is a mandatory course designed for newly recruited civil servants.
The Public Service Department (JPA) is responsible for the selection process. In addition, the Management Development and Innovation Cluster also accept participants from various agencies and ministries.
The course aims to introduce participants to the principles of nationalism, nation building, national administrative system and the General Order.
