Quality Management Programme was established with a goal of implementing quality and innovation programmes to continuously enhance the standard of INTAN's training administration and service delivery.

This Programme is responsible for serving as a secretariat that oversees the quality of training programmes at INTAN through the establishment of the INTAN Training and Curriculum Development Committee in an effort to support INTAN's mission of developing competent human capital in the public sector through quality learning. By auditing training courses and trainersat INTAN, this Programme also contributes to enhancing the effectiveness of training quality management.

This Programme also serves as a planner and monitor of the MS ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System to ensure that the quality of training management fulfills both local and international certification standards. In addition, one of INTAN's ongoing quality maintenance and improvement actions is the development and implementation of the Risk Management Plan and Service Continuity Plan.

This Programme also serves as a secretariat of the Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem (EKSA) programme to develop a conducive work environment among INTAN personnel in an effort to revitalize and foster innovation and creative activities.
