INTAN Royal Talk 2017 is one of the highlights INTAN’s Bitara Programmes. INTAN Royal Talk which was held on 15 August 2017, is a platform for members of the royal families to share their experiences, knowledge and advice for strengthening the public service in addition to appreciating the role of the monarchy in the constitution and the Rukun Negara.

INTAN deeply appreciates the presence of His Highness Tuanku Dr. Tengku Muhammad Fa-Iz Petra Ibni Sultan Ismail Petra, the Regent of Kelantan for sharing his talk titled “Symbiosis between the Monarch and the People” with government officers who attended the event at INTAN Bukit Kiara, Kuala Lumpur.

The welcoming speech was delivered by YBhg. Tan Sri Dr. Ali Hamsa, Chief Secretary to the Government. Also present were YBhg. Dato’ Sri Mustapa bin Mohamed, Minister of International Trade and Industry; YBrs. Dr. Mohd Ghazali Abas, Director of INTAN; Secretaries-General of Ministries; Secretaries of State; YBhg. Dato’ Dr. Mazlan Bin Yusoff, Director General of MAMPU; and Senior officers of the Public Service Department.
