Middle Management Leadership Assessment Programme (M-LEAP) is an assessment programme developed specifically for Diplomatic and Administrative scheme Grade M52 and fast track candidates for Grade M48. This programme is aimed at identifying officers that meet specific criterias and competencies especially on leadership qualities before promoting them to Grade M54 post.
