Junior Executive Leadership Assessment Programme (J-LEAP) is an assessment programme developed specifically for Diplomatic and Administrative scheme grade M44 and fast track candidates for Grade M41. This programme aimed at identifying officers that meet specific criterias and competencies especially on leadership qualities before promoting them to Grade M48 post.
Objectives

Identifying officers with strategic thinking skills;

Identifying officers with effective communication skills and the ability to take action / ability to synthesize views of stakeholders; and
