About Us

Communication and Language Studies Centre (PPKB) was established to enhance communication skills and language proficiency and competency of public service officers to ensure they remain competitive and agile.

In addition to developing training modules and programmes in communication and language, the Centre administers English language proficiency assessments as part of INTAN’s leadership development programmes for various schemes of services and grades. This is in line with the current needs to ensure INTAN’s role as the leading training institution for public sector in language training and assessment.

The Centre comprises:
