INTAN conducts Microsoft Professional Certification courses through the Role-Based Training for Civil Servants (RBTCS) programme. This programme is a collaboration between INTAN and Microsoft (M) Sdn. Bhd. through its Licensing Solution Partner (LSP), Prestariang Berhad in conducting Microsoft certification courses for the civil servants using the Competency Enhancement Programme (CEP) funds.

The objective of the RBTCS programme is to produce more civil servants who are recognized for their expertise in ICT core areas through quality courses. Among the courses offered under this programme are as follows:
