INTAN Centre of Excellence, which was established on 21st March 2022, is at the forefront of Coaching in the public sector. INTAN offers Coaching sessions managed by Coaches who have obtained Certified Professional Coach (CPC) certification and are recognized by the International Association of Coaching (IAC).
Coaching is an approach to identifying the self’s potential; this can be attained through positive mindset, with a solution-focused and effective plan of action. Through Coaching, competency and confidence can be empowered. A workable and effective action plan will enhance the coachee’s true potentials.
The Coaching process requires the Coachee to be present with an open mind and be willing to give him/her a chance to transform. Questions posed by the Coach would lead to the realization that coachee own self actually has the solutions to the issues.
Coaching is available to public officers who wish to explore their potentials effectively. Coaching sessions can be conducted to individuals or groups, physically or online.
COACHING PROGRAMMES
This workshop exposes participants to Coaching and the basic competencies of Coaching. Participants would be able to handle Coaching sessions at their own workplaces after undergoing this workshop.
Run by INTAN Certified Coaches who are Level 1 Trainer CPC and accredited by International Association of Coaching (IAC), this workshop is offered in both physical and online settings.
The Cluster of Expertise Development also offers consultancy service for ministries, departments and agencies which are interested in this workshop.
INTAN Coaching Circle (ICC) is a knowledge-sharing program about Coaching. The program features invited speakers who are experts in Coaching, locally and internationally.
INTAN also organises an in-house Coaching program for INTAN staff. Through this session, Coachee meets Coach to achieve Coachee’s agenda.
