Joint Seminar and Games for Permanent Secretaries of Malaysia and Singapore (PermSec) is an annual event held alternately between Malaysia and Singapore. Members of the delegation for this program are Secretary-Generals of Malaysia and Permanent Secretaries of Singapore or equivalent. The program is organized collaboratively by MAKSAK-JPM, INTAN and PUSPANITA together with Public Service Division (PSD) and Civil Service College, Singapore. The main programmes include joint seminar and joint games involving delegates of both countries.

The main objectives of this program include establishing and maintaining good relation between public sector leaders of Malaysia and Singapore; providing a platform for knowledge sharing, experience and the proliferation of new ideas regarding public delivery of the two countries; and to provide opportunities for public sector leaders of both countries to discuss informally in relation to current issues of the public sector respectively.
